NZ Topo - object class siphon_pnt

This page describe the siphon_pnt object class used to represent objects in the NZTopo topographic database.

Description

A pipe system comprising a rising leg and a falling leg, typically in the shape of an inverted U. Works on atmospheric pressure

Topo50 description

Only those significant by their size or location are held in the data and shown on the printed maps. Larger siphons are captured as polygon features
