NZ Topo - object class tank_poly
This page describe the tank_poly object class used to represent objects in the NZTopo topographic database.
A structure used for the storage of fluids.
Only those significant by their size or location are held in the data and shown on the printed maps. Of these, tank _poly is used when the area is large enough to be captured at 1:50,000 as an area feature. Smaller features are captured as a point. Tanks in the CBD are not held in the data or shown on the printed maps.
